Important information for those considering to enrol in the Equine Science Certificate program:

• In order to get the most from your online learning experience it is imperative to have access to a computer connected to the Internet throughout the week.
• It is recommended that you spend a minimum of 10 to 14 hours per course, per week, on course work and assignments. At least half of that time should be dedicated to online work such as class discussions and completion of assignments.
• The Equine Science Certificate is a university-level program, and as such, the course content, expectations and rewards are aligned with such a program.
• The Equine Science Certificate is a new online program and is not the same as the distance learning video programs previously offered by the Equine Research Center.
