Important information for those considering to enrol in the Equine Science Certificate program:

• In order to get the most from your online learning experience it is imperative to have access to a computer connected to the Internet throughout the week.

• It is recommended that you spend a minimum of 7 to 12 hours per course, per week, on course work and assignments. At least half of that time should be dedicated to online work such as class discussions and completion of assignments.

• The Equine Science Certificate is a university-level program, and as such, the course content, expectations and rewards are aligned with such a program.

• The Equine Science Certificate is a new online program and is not the same as the distance learning video programs previously offered by the Equine Research Center.
